Lando kept his identity hidden until the very last minute on the skiff above the Great Pit of Carkoon where Luke Skywalker, Han Solo and Chewbacca were going to be thrown. While Luke was battling against Jabba’s men, Lando helped free the other prisoners and almost fell into the Great Pit himself but was saved by an almost blind Han Solo and Chewbacca.

The Lando LEGO minifigure comes in several looks from different sets. This version being the least rare.

After the Clone Wars and the rise of the Emporer and Darth Vader, he exiled himself on the swamp planet of Dagobah which is where Luke Skywalker found him to be trained as a Jedi.

This LEGO minifigure was once a very rare minifig and would go for upwards of £20 on ebay. Now though, Yoda is found in more LEGO sets and is not as hard to get hold of as before. For a LEGO Star Wars collector though, he is still a must have minifigure.

It is thought that he even plotted to use the Death Star to blow up a planet with Palpatine on it to become ruler of the galaxy, but with Darth Vader sent to oversee the Death Star’s construction, this act was not possible.

There isn’t really anything that stands out about this LEGO minifigure, there are a few details on the face to give the impression of wrinkles, and the grey hair, but it’s a pretty standard figure. Still an important part of any collection though as Grand Moff Tarkin played an important role in the Star Wars series.

Shadow Troopers had advanced armour which couldn’t be detected with scanners and was also adaptable to enable them to disguise themselves easily.

Not as well known as Storm Troopers who normally wear white armour, these aren’t as collectable but are still good to have in my collection. As with the other army or troop minifigures, getting more than a few of these is in the plan.

The came from a planet called Gamorr and were known for their strength and fierceness in battle, but not very well known for their brain power.

Their weapon of choice is a battle axe called an arg’garok. With green skin, tusks and snouts, they weren’t the most attractive creature around.

The LEGO minifigure of the Gamorrean Guard is another minifig where the head forms the main part of the minifig, with not a lot else going. A worthy part of my collection and one figure I am planning on getting more of.

He was also good friends with Commander Cody, another Clone given a nickname by Anakin. He used two blasters when in combat and proved to be an aggressive and tough soldier but also followed orders without question and was trusted by both Anakin and High General Obi-Wan Kenobi in several important battles and missions.

As a LEGO minifigure, he is proving to be a very collectable minifig. Not available in many sets and already fetching a fair few pounds on ebay. Definitely a keeper.

This LEGO minifigure is based more on the Batman Forever version of Two Face in my opinion, but because it’s got it’s unique coloured outfit, it’s going to be one that is a popular collectors minifigure and it’s not available in too many sets to should be fairly rare.

After the capture of Luke Skywalker, everything was in place for a daring rescue and when Luke, Han and Chewbacca were about to be thrown into the sarlacc pit, Luke’s plan was set into action. During the confusion of the battle on the skifs, Leia managed to strangle Jabba with the chain that was keeping her captive. R2-D2 then cut the chains and Leia was able to escape with Luke after blowing up the sail barge.

As LEGO figures go, I think the designers must have struggled a bit with this one. The bikini and the effect of trying to make Leia look thin are pushing it a little, but this will be a very collectable figure in the future, so an asset to my growing collection.

After the events that led to the death of Owen and his wife Beru, Luke went with Obi-Wan Kenobe, R2-D2 and C-3PO to Alderaan. He ended up rescuing Leia, not knowing she was his sister, with the help of Han Solo and Chewbacca, and becoming an X-wing pilot in the Rebel Alliance and was the one who managed to blow up the Death Star with his proton torpedoes. Along with the assistance from Han Solo, this earned them both the Medal of Bravery.

This LEGO minifigure is one of many Luke Skywalker figures found in the numerous LEGO sets. I got this one with the X-wing set that also comes with R2-D2.

In the film, he was played by Kenny Baker, who also played R2-D2. Baker was meant to be playing Wicket in the film, but an 11 year old Warwick Davis got the role of Wicket instead.

As a LEGO minifigure, there isn’t a great deal to him. The head forms the main part of the figure and there isn’t much to it. However, I do like the Ewok minifigures, there are several to collect and can see them being a popular collectors figure in the future.
