Mutt Williams is the son of Indiana Jones and Marion Ravenwood, named Henry Jones III at birth. Indiana Jones was unaware of his child as he left Marion thinking he could not be a good husband. Marion started dating an RAF pilot Colin Williams soon after Mutt was born and led him to believe that Colin was his father.

It was Mutt’s friendship with Harold Oxley that eventually brought him back into Indiana Jones’ life during the search for the Crystal Skull. Whether Mutt becomes the next Indiana Jones to carry on his adventures is another story.

Irina Spalko

Irena Spalko was an agent of the KGB and a psychic. At an early age her psychic abilities caused her to flee her home and spend her early life learning techniques developed by Nepalese Monks and parapsychologists until she gained her doctorate and joined the KGB.

She was rewarded by Stalin and recruited to his project to develop psychic warfare. It was here that she crossed paths with Indiana Jones in the hunt for the Crystal Skull as she thought that brainwashing and manipulating the minds of Americans would give the Soviet Union the tactical edge in the Cold War.

The figure comes as part of one the several Indiana Jones themed sets. The hair and face are key features as is the sword, the weapon of choice for Irina who was an expert in fencing.

Indiana Jones and the Race For The Stolen Treasure

OK, so it’s not the title of the next Indiana Jones™ film, but it is the title of an excellent kit I have just treated myself to.

It’s kit number 7622 for those that are interested, and includes Indiana Jones™ on a white horse, a 6 wheeled truck with driver and chest of treasure and a jeep with a machine gun.

It’s been a while since I’ve bought a LEGO kit and followed the instructions building it, but it was a welcome break from building web sites.

Kits have moved a bit since the days when I used to build them, and the detail is now excellent. The mudguards and grills on the vehicles really make them look the part.

Doesn’t Indy look cool!

New Indiana Jones minifigs

Thanks to The Brothers Brick LEGO Blog for alerting me to the new Indiana Jones mini figures which you can see in a photo review over at Brickzone.net.

You can see some similar pieces found in other kits, and some new ones too. Indiana’s hat looks pretty cool and I’ve not seen the satchel bags before, but then I’m still fairly new to the whole minifig scene.

I can’t wait for this and other Indiana Jones sets to become available!

Indiana Jones Minifig maybe

Now I’m not too sure which set this minifig comes from or if it indeed is an Indiana Jones LEGO mini figure, but it does look like him. It could be a hybrid I’ve picked up from ebay along the way, as it could possibly be a Han Solo body… maybe, although I’m not so sure.

Anyway, I think it’s a great minifig.

UPDATE: Well as you can see by Bob’s comment below, I was a little bit wrong in assuming this was Indiana Jones, and it appears to be a woman’s body too. I think those LEGO hormone pills have been a bit misused here
