The Flash Custom Minifigure Review

After expert police scientist and criminologist Barry Allen is doused in chemicals he becomes The Flash, the fastest minifigure in the world!

An extra dimensional energy called the Speed Force was created allowing The Flash to run at light speed and vibrate through solid objects, causing them to explode. He can also lend his speed to other people.

There are a range of different DC Super Hero The Flash custom minifigures, and they all look very good and have been either pad printed or machine printed.

The Flash Christo Custom Minifigure

The Flash by Christo which sells for £60 is the better quality minifigure as it has amazing 360 degree pad printing and a custom helmet with yellow zig zig wings. However as with all Christo’s high quality custom’s they are very sought after by AFOL’s and fans of the LEGO Super Heroes theme. 10/10

Speedy Minifigs4U Custom Minifigure

Speedy by Minifigs4u has 360 degree laser printing with flash symbols on the arms and side of the head. If you are not a fan of the helmet then this minifigure is the one for you.  At £25 the price is considerably lower than that of Christo however the red colour on this minifigure legs does not quite match the red of the torso, and there are some slight defects on the back of the legs. 8/10

The Flash Green Pea Toys Custom Minifigure

At £14 The Flash by Green Pea Toys is a bargain and has a very nice printed torso, head and legs, but only the front of the minifigure is printed. This minifigure comes with a brand new head. 8/10

In conclusion, I think we would all like the custom minifigure by Christo, however if you really want this minifigure but do not want to pay a high price then the Green Pea Toys one is great value.

I think the Christo one is actually better as it’s more accurate to the one they put in the Video Game and how Lego would actually make him were they to release him. If the Justice League Movie goes ahead in a couple of years I’m fairly sure (providing lego still have the rights) we’d get an official Flash figure that looks very much like this one.

The thing I don’t like about the green peas one is that the muscle details are printed in black, which is what put me off buying his Shazam one. The colour difference should be much more subtle. All the other official Lego minifigures use this and the black stands out to me like a sore thumb… it seems like one of them cheap immitation lego brands manufactured it to look enough like lego but not… if you understand me!

But yeah I’d definitely buy the one on the left were it only £20 like the Cyclops one, from the other day, I just can’t afford the really expensive ones, and not only that I don’t think any lego is worth THAT MUCH, especially considering its not even an official exclusive figure. But hey, what do I know?

  2. Interest in the middle one, how could I buy it? please reply to my mail, thank a lot!
